Cheesecake with Blueberry jam


Ingredients :

750gr cream cheese
500 ml cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup instant pudding
12gr gelatin

for the Base:

2 eggs
1tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1cup white flour
1/2 cup orange juice
50gr butter 

on top:
blueberry jam

Method :
 Preheat oven to 170°C.
  • separate the egg yolk from egg whites
  •  put the egg whites in the mixer and add the sugar slowly.


  • mix  the egg yolk ,1tablespoons baking powder,1 teaspoons vanilla extract,
    1cup white flour, 1/2 cup orange juice,50gr butter in a separate pot.
  • mix the egg whites and sugar with the other ingredients _ mix them gently .
  • put the mixture in a tray and into the oven for about 35 minutes .
  • take it out of the oven to cool .

The cold layer :
  •  put 500 ml cream  in the mixer , while mixing add 2 tablespoons of sugar to get whipped cream.
  •  mix 1 cup of milk with 1 cup of instant pudding together to get smooth texture.
  •  mix the pudding texture with 750gr cream cheese, after you mix them well add the whipped cream,and mix them well.
  • boil 1 cup of water add it 12gr gelatin make sure that the gelatin mixed well with the water (otherwise you will get gelatin like stuff in the cake ,unpleasant taste)
  • finally add the gelatin texture to the rest of the ingredients and mix them well ,pour the mixture on the baked base(you can use any other base, crackers base
  • put it in the fridge to cool for at least 3-6 hours .   


on top of the cake:
before serving spread blueberry jam on top of the cake.
